We were referred to Mike at Arisa Water by a neighbor that had one of his systems installed about 10 years ago, or so. Mike returned our call promptly and stopped by to have a look at our property and where to install a filtration system. When we were back in town we called him and he stopped by to meet and give us a quote. When we were ready he scheduled the work and had our system installed in a few hours.

Mike was very friendly and the system was reasonably priced. We are very pleased with their service and have recommended them to a few neighbors.

We bought a new home about a year ago and had a water softener installed at that time. The water softener turned out to be completely insufficient, so we contacted Mike at Arisa Water. He inspected everything thoroughly and gave us a very fair and reasonable quote. He was honest, reliable and went the extra mile to make sure we a had perfect and sufficient system. He also gave us extra filters and installed additional copper at no cost to us. We have had water softeners for years living in Goodyear and Buckeye but never had a better system than what he installed and we have truly soft water for the first time in years. Michael performed a very professional installation of our osmosis water treatment system. Very neat, clean and organized.

Our experience with other contractors that have come into our home have always left the place a mess. Michael left our kitchen cleaner then he found it. He was very attentive in placing the equipment so that it was not in the way. The only difference that we notice now is that we have clean, delicious, fresh drinking water in our home!!!

Earlier we had a water softener installed by another company. HUGE MISTAKE! Not only did Michael fixed their mistakes, he cleaned up their mess as well.

We would recommend Arisa Water to anyone who is looking to have a hassle free experience, great customer service and compared to the other companies we researched, the cost was significantly less.

Mike came out and demonstrated the Benefits of the Arisa Water Systems, we selected ours and we were planning on waiting – however glad we didn’t – installation went well with Arisa doing 100% of the work. It is obvious they know water systems.

Since we home school our son, we watch every penny and comparisons revealed that the Arisa water system IS the best value system – built to last for decades. The others were inferior systems and actually cost more!

The support & service is amazing – even when it’s the homeowners fault (mine) – they are glad to be of service – and didn’t want any remuneration?

First visit was an estimate and he was a professional and never bad rapped other companies. He gave us the info on his product, reviewed what are plumming was like and then gave us the price. We agreed and set a date for installation. He arrived as scheduled, made the adjustments we requested and even spent more time with stuff that he din’t have to work on at no extra charge. They even installed an extra hose bib that was treated by my new softner so that i could wash my windows without all the spotting!! These guys do what they say and at a great price. Recently bought a vacation home and immediately started to have problems with brine tank on existing water softener leaking. Tried to get it fixed through trades sent by our home warranty company but they frankly were useless. By the time we got back to the home in November, salted water had leaked at least 10 feet from the tank. Our home watch service recommended Arisa Water. Michael immediately confirmed the problem but also advised us as to condition of the whole system. Would have fixed just the brine tank but we decided to just get the whole system replaced as existing old and inefficient. He came back with a helper within a day while we were still at the house and spent the entire day changing out the system. Apparently found some very interesting plumbing when he was doing this, which required much extra time for him, but no change in the quoted price. Very pleased.
